China has set a dazzling new world record with a breathtaking aerial display involving 11,787 synchronized drones, marking the largest aerial image ever created in the sky. The spectacular light show unfolded over the Yangtze River in Chongqing’s Nan’an district and was organized to celebrate the city’s 28th anniversary as a municipality.
Recognized by Guinness World Records, the feat officially became the “Largest Aerial Image Formed by Drones,” surpassing all previous records for drone formations. The display mesmerized a crowd of nearly 100,000 spectators who gathered to witness the technological marvel.
