KAMCHATKA, RUSSIA — Dramatic footage has emerged capturing the exact moment a powerful 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula, sending shockwaves through buildings and triggering mass panic among residents.

The video, recorded by a local witness, shows people rushing out of homes and offices as the ground violently shakes beneath them. Alarms blare in the background, and dust clouds rise from trembling structures, illustrating the sheer force of the seismic event.
