Fighting back tears, Regina said, “It’s okay to laugh at me. People keep saying, ‘When she was flaunting her wealth, who was there?’ But nobody ever flaunts their sadness because of mockery. What did you expect me to show off — the times I was being beaten or when I was sad?”
