England Women’s national team coach, Sarina Wiegman, added a lighthearted moment to the Ballon d’Or ceremony after being named Manager of the Year.
While receiving her award, Wiegman acknowledged the presence of Nigerian superstar Burna Boy at the event and joked about celebrating with music and dance. “If Burna Boy is here, we might as well enjoy some dancing too!” she said, drawing laughter and applause from the audience.
