The wave of displacement from Syria’s Suwayda province continues, with over 500 Bedouin families forced to flee their homes in the latest mass movement. As part of the third convoy, six buses and 45 vehicles carried these families toward neighboring Daraa province, seeking safety from the ongoing unrest.

The displacement highlights the deepening humanitarian crisis in southern Syria, where tribal communities are increasingly caught between armed clashes, political instability, and deteriorating living conditions.

Humanitarian workers and local sources report that the journey was arduous, with limited resources and uncertainty about where many of these families will ultimately settle. With shelters in Daraa already stretched thin, aid organizations are raising alarms about the urgent need for support, including food, water, and medical assistance.
