A troubling incident in the city center of Acerra, Italy, has sparked public concern after two migrants—reportedly wearing only underwear—were filmed aggressively threatening pedestrians and hurling stones at passersby.

The footage, which has since circulated widely on social media, shows the men behaving erratically in broad daylight, startling locals and prompting emergency response.

Witnesses say the pair disrupted public order and created a climate of fear as they moved through busy streets, appearing to target random individuals.

Authorities have not yet released details about the motive behind the behavior or the individuals’ identities, but an investigation is currently underway to determine their immigration status and whether mental health or substance use may have been contributing factors.
