Poltava Hit by Massive Wave of Russian Kamikaze Drone Strikes

The Ukrainian city of Poltava has come under heavy drone assault in what is being described as one of the largest and most intense aerial attacks in recent weeks. Dozens of Russian kamikaze drones targeted the city overnight, unleashing widespread destruction and deepening the humanitarian crisis in the region.

Local authorities confirmed that multiple Shahed-type drones, commonly used by Russian forces, struck various locations across Poltava, a central Ukrainian city that had, until recently, seen relatively fewer attacks compared to frontline regions.

Emergency services were immediately dispatched as air raid sirens wailed throughout the night, with explosions lighting up the sky and causing panic among residents.
