Producer Sarz Opens Up on Why a Collaboration With Davido Has Never Happened

Renowned Nigerian music producer Sarz has opened up about why he has never collaborated with Afrobeats superstar Davido, despite both being leading figures in the Nigerian music industry.

In a recent interview, Sarz revealed that the main reason for their lack of collaboration is their different creative approaches to making music. While Davido enjoys recording sessions surrounded by friends and collaborators, Sarz prefers a more private and focused environment.

“Me and Davido have never worked together. That’s because he likes to hang around a lot of people in the studio, and me, I like to work with the artist alone,” Sarz explained.

The revelation has generated buzz across social media, with fans expressing surprise that two of Nigeria’s biggest music names have never teamed up on a track.
