Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Peller, has reportedly been kidnapped during a livestream on Wednesday night, August 27, 2025.
A viral video circulating online captures the terrifying moment when unidentified men confronted the content creator and ordered him out of his car. In the footage, one of the assailants allegedly pointed a gun at Peller’s head, while the visibly shaken entertainer tried to calm the men down before suddenly screaming loudly.
Fellow TikTok creator Jidex Klothing confirmed the incident, stating that Peller had gone out to buy food when he was ambushed. “He went to buy food, then on his way back home, those people told him to stop and he stopped. Luckily, he was even online,” Jidex said.
Meanwhile, comedian Carter Efe was seen reaching out to fellow entertainer Ojo to confirm the shocking reports of Peller’s abduction.
As of the time of this report, neither security agencies nor Peller’s family have released an official statement. His fans and colleagues have since taken to social media to express concern and call for his immediate release.
