Tensions have erupted in the Spanish town of Montcada i Reixac, near Barcelona, where violent clashes broke out between residents and a group of migrant squatters. According to local reports, the confrontation escalated when the squatters allegedly attacked residents with sticks and chains.
Police were quickly deployed to the scene in an effort to disperse the crowds and restore order. Footage from the incident showed chaotic scenes as officers moved in to separate the groups and prevent further violence.
