Tensions flared once again in the occupied West Bank as Israeli forces carried out a raid in the town of Anata, located east of Jerusalem, where they were seen physically assaulting a Palestinian driver during the operation.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli troops stormed the town in the early hours, setting up roadblocks and disrupting movement in several areas. During the raid, a Palestinian civilian behind the wheel of his vehicle was forcibly removed and beaten by soldiers in full view of residents.

Footage of the assault, which quickly spread on social media, shows soldiers confronting the driver with aggressive force, underscoring what many critics describe as a pattern of abuse and intimidation during Israeli military operations in Palestinian towns.
