Iranian security forces have reported the discovery of a Nissan vehicle rigged with a suicide micro-drone in the Alborz Province, sparking fresh concerns over escalating threats within the country’s borders.
According to Iranian officials, the modified vehicle was located during routine security checks and was found to be equipped with a compact drone designed for precision targeting.
The micro-drone was concealed inside the vehicle and configured for what authorities have described as a “suicide mission,” capable of launching a targeted attack upon remote activation.

The discovery comes at a time of heightened regional tensions, with ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel, drone warfare incidents, and increasing concerns over internal sabotage and foreign infiltration.
Iranian state media described the find as a “serious national security breach,” emphasizing the advanced nature of the technology involved. Security agencies are said to be on high alert and are expanding surveillance operations across sensitive areas, particularly in urban and border regions.
