Dramatic footage circulating on social media shows flames engulfing a section of the sprawling facility as emergency crews work to contain the fire.
Local authorities swiftly responded to the incident, urging people living in surrounding communities to remain indoors, close all windows and doors, and avoid exposure to the smoke. The shelter-in-place order was issued out of concern for potential air quality hazards and the risk of explosion due to highly flammable materials on site.
