A tragic incident in Barcelona has left a community in shock after a man was reportedly beaten to death while trying to protect a 15-year-old girl from an attempted sexual assault.
According to local authorities and early media reports, the man intervened upon witnessing three individuals allegedly attempting to assault the teenager.
